During the course, you will receive detailed materials and one on one coaching from our Biz of EEO-HR expert Dorian Morley on how to conduct an HR Investigation. As such, you will learn the nuances of conducting a thorough investigation based on the limited scope related to HR management concerns, etc. Also, we will provide sample documents that you will be able to use in the future when you receive your first case.

Because these investigations are not governed by Title VII, they are much less intense than regular Title VII EEO investigations so you will be able to complete the investigation quicker and thereby receive payment faster.
