Thanks for sharing information about the Federal EEO Counselor Certification Training Program. I never knew that there was such a profession as an EEO Counselor that counsels people about their EEO rights and responsibilities.
We don't have such program at our company but it would be a great way to report discrimination problems at work. Looking forward to the next episode.
